Event Space Rental 4 hour minimum.
$500.00 for 4 hour $100.00 per extra hour
Includes, tables, chairs, white lines, setup and break down, citrus water and Tea and a helpful host.
Food
Food options available see catering menu for options. Custom menu available. We allow outside food with a liability waver.
Cleaning
All decorating and cleaning must be done in the time contracted for. All decorations must be removed and disposed of properly. All trash and food must be put in trash receptacles before being signed off by the helpful host.
We offer a $150 clean up fee if you would like us to dispose of all the trash and waste. You will still be responsible for the decoration you brought in.
Decor
Standard décor option $250
Includes four flower arrangements in color of your choosing, candles in complementary colors, plates, napkins, and cutlery. Custom options available on request. Pricing may vary.
Restrictions
No glitter or confetti of any kind. No flames or sparklers.
Alcohol is allowed with a Bar Tender service. They must be licensed, bonded, and insured. Verification must be done by Raspberries n' Crème one week before.
The Helpful Host will be available for questions and lite tasks. They are there for the safety of the property and guests. They are not servers.
Payment
50% is due at signing of contract. The other 50% is due one week prior to the event with the final guest count.
